50C. Standard of management of trust property by manager.
- The manager shall deal with the trust property as carefully as a man of ordinary prudence would deal with such property if it were his own, and the manager so dealing shall not be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the trust property.In this section and in the following provisions of this Part, "manager" means the person appointed by the Court to manage trust property which is under the charge of the Court.
