(2)The appeal petition under Sub-rule (1) shall be preferred in duplicate in the form of a memorandum together with a Treasury Challan showing a deposit of a fee of [rupees one hundred] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 136 dated 28.1.2003-Notification SRO No. 29/ 2003 dated 24.1.2003.] setting forth concisely the grounds of objection to the order of the registering authority and shall be accompanied by a copy of the order appealed against.
