This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking direction to the repondent to file final report in Crime No.8 of 2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that final report will be filed within a period of one month.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is diposed of with direction to the respondent police to file final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
