State of Rajasthan & Ors.
It is further pointed out that the Division Bench at the Principal Seat, vide its judgment dated 20.07.2020 has upheld the (Downloaded on 18/11/2020 at 08:47:31 PM) (6 of 6) [CW-9744/2019] view taken by Jaipur Bench of this Court in Surendra Singh's case (supra).
Following the judgments, these writ petitions are dismissed.
