श्री रवीन्द्र कुमार पाण्डेय (गिरिडीह) : उपाध्यक्ष महोदय, झारखण्ड प्रदेश के गिरिडीह लोक सभा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत बोकारो जिला के गोमिया प्रखण्ड के अंतर्गत लुगू पहाड़ एवं खखण्डा के ग्रामीणों ने लुगू पहाड़ के निकट तिरला के आस-पास आर.डी.ओ. द्वारा फायरिंग रेंज बनाने के प्रस्ताव का घोर विरोध किया है क्योंकि फायरिंग रेंज बनाने से गोमिया प्रखण्ड और महुआटांड थाना क्षेत्र के दर्जनों पंचायत के लोगों को विस्थापित होना पड़ेगा और उनके रोज़ी-रोज़गार के साधन भी समाप्त हो जाएंगे। अभी भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की ओर से झारखण्ड में एक स्टील प्लांट लगाये जाने की घोषणा हुई है। मैं भारत सरकार से मांग करता हूं कि फायरिंग रेंज की जगह पर स्टील प्लांट लगाया जाए, तो वहाँ के लोगों को रोज़गार भी मिलेगा और लोगों के बीच शांति-व्यवस्था व्याप्त होगी। आपने मुझे शून्यकाल में बोलने का अवसर दिया, इसके लिए बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद।
