83. Provisions regarding pardon etc to apply to offences punishable under this Act.
- The provision of section 337, 339 and 339A of the Code of Criminal procedure 1973 shall apply in relation to offences, punishable under this section. As they apply in relation to offences mentioned in the said sections.
