Sri Surya Narayan Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order of the writ Court dated 31.5.2019, the respondent has proceeded to pass an order dated 25.1.2020. He submits that the order of the writ Court having been complied with, the present contempt petition may be dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.1.2020.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed and the notices are discharged. However, it would be open for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.1.2020 in appropriate Court in appropriate proceeding.
