Section 28(2)(xix) in The Punjab Stamp Rules, 1934

(xix)The vendor shall submit to the [Treasury officer or Assistant Treasury Officer where sub-tresuary exists] [Substituted by Haryana Notification No. GSR 50/C.A. 2/99/Section 74/83 dated 20.7.1983], after the close of each quarter a return in the standard vernacular form No. 217. He shall also submit such other returns as may be prescribed from time to time.
