3. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:-

"i) issue writ of mandamus/certiorari or any other writ/directions to set-aside/quash Respondent No.1 (DoT)'s Memorandum dated 28.06.2022 and Letter dated 30.06.2022 (Annexure-A); and

ii) issue writ of mandamus/certiorari or any other writ/directions to direct the respondent no.1 to produce the communication dated 03.06.2022 addressed by respondent no.1 to respondent no.2; and

iii) issue writ of mandamus/certiorari or any other writ/directions to set-aside/quash respondent No. 2 (CVC)'s Office Memorandum dated 17.06.2022 (Annexure-B); and/or"

4. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 accepts notice.

5. Upon the petitioner taking steps, issue notice to the respondent no.2 through all permissible modes.

6. Counter affidavit and reply to the application, if any, be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter.

7. Taking into account the fact that the time for filing a response to the charge memo has already expired, the petitioner is granted further 15 days time to file response thereto.

8. Needless to state the petitioner will cooperate with the inquiry proceedings during the pendency of the present petition.
