Section 48(iii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(iii)The arbitrator shall be empowered either resorting to subpoena process or otherwise to direct the appearance of any person employed or associated with any member of the association or Government or by private sector or public sector for the production of any record in the possession or control of such person or member.
