2 25-06-2018Delay of 364 days in filing of this appeal is condoned. I.A. No. 2323 of 2018 stands allowed and disposed of.
Matter pertains to appointment of Accredited Statistical Volunteers. An exception is sought to an order passed by the learned Single Bench on 21.02.2017 disposing of the matter in the light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11550 of 2016 (Shambhu Kumar and others Vs. State of Bihar and Ors.).
Challenging the identical orders passed in the matter of appointment and posting of ASVs various appeals were filed Patna High Court LPA No.393 of 2018(2) dt.25-06-2018 4/4 and by a detailed order passed a coordinate Bench of this Court on 17.04.2018 in L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 and more than 125 cases has dismissed identical Letters Patent Appeals filed challenging the same orders of the Writ Court.
Keeping in view the order passed on 17.04.2018, as indicated hereinabove in L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017, we see no reason to take a different view. This appeal also stands dismissed in terms thereof.
