27. Candidates to produce satisfactory testimonials.
- No candidate shall be admitted to an examination, unless he produces satisfactory testimonials from his employer or employers, as the case may be, certifying his experience, ability and good conduct for the whole period he remained under employment. The testimonials shall be got signed and countersigned in the manner specified in rule 29.
