Section 864(b) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(b)satisfied the Excise Commissioner that the proposed building, vessels, plant and apparatus to be used in connection with the business of brewing, storage and issue of beer are built in accordance with the rules in this behalf and that due precaution has been taken against fire;
