(5)With effect on and from the date specified in the order under sub-section (4), the persons specified in such order shall become employees of the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University and shall cease to be employees of the University of [Chennai] [Substituted by Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (Amendment) Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 1998)], Madurai-Kamaraj University, Bharathiar University, [Bharathidasan University and Manonmaniam Sundaranar University] [Inserted by Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (Amendment) Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 1998)], as the case maybe.
