(6)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall preside-(a)in the absence of the Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellor, at the meetings of the Court, and(b)in the absence of the Vice-Chancellor, at the meetings of any other authority of the University or a committee thereof.
