                                     ORAL ORDER

Mr. Mrugen Barot, learned advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions from the petitioner states that principal grievance of the petitioner about determining the amount of premium is redressed. However, he apprehends that looking to the format of online form that is to be filled in by the petitioner, the application of the petitioner may not be considered favourably despite its willingness to pay the premium. He, therefore, submits that this petition may be disposed of by reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, if the subsequent development goes against the petitioner.

In view of the above, since the principal grievance of the petitioner is redressed and amount of premium is determined, which is quantified at Rs.1,92,97,625/-, the present petition would not Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Thu Mar 10 23:15:08 IST 2022 C/SCA/9770/2021 ORDER DATED: 09/03/2022 survive and it is accordingly disposed of.

However, it is clarified that though the petitioner has shown willingness to pay the premium, but if the petitioner experiences any difficulty, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the subsequent developments that may be taken place in the matter.

With the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of. Notice discharged. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
