1. Issue notice. Mr. Anshul Rai, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1. Respondent Nos. 2, 3, and 4 are employees of respondent No. 1, who may be affected by the outcome of this writ petition. Mr. Rai is requested to ensure that they are also served with copies of the writ petition and this order.
2. By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of a seniority list dated 02.01.2025 and an order dated 17.06.2025, by which their representation against the seniority list was rejected.
3. Counter affidavits be filed within four weeks. Rejoinders thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
4. List before the learned Registrar on 15.10.2025 for completion of service and pleadings.
5. List before the Court on 15.01.2026.
