Section 19(1)(a) in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019

(a)inspect stocks of specified essential commodities, books, accounts or other documents pertaining to specified essential commodities and for the purpose of such inspection, enter and, if necessary, break- open or seal any premises used or believe to be used for the sale or distribution or storage of any specified essential commodity;
