Section 34(2) in The Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training Act, 1992
(2)Every person entrusted with the duties of supervision or doing invigilation work at any centre where examination is conducted by the Board, shall during the period of such examination as well as for a period of one month prior to the date of commencement of and two months after the closing of such examinations, be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act 45 of 1860).
