Section 48(1) in University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Act, 2003
(1)If Hydrocarbons Education & Research Society, New Delhi proposes dissolution of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies in accordance with the law governing its constitution or incorporation, it shall give at least three months notice in writing to the State Government.
