Section 25(5)(b) in The Orissa Motor Transport Workers' Rules, 1966

(b)If any Motor Transport Worker is detected HIV positive in the test specified in clause (i), the employer shall not disengage him or her and shall not take any action which may lead to discrimination of such person. The employer shall bear all expenses towards treatment of such worker.
