Section 30 in Daman and Diu Value Added Tax Regulation, 2005
30. Assessment of tax, interest or penalty.
- The Commissioner shall direct any person to pay any amount of tax, interest or penalty or other amount due under this Regulation after making of an assessment for such amount payable by such person.
