Section 7 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH COMMISSIONERATE OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACT, 1986
7. Vacancies amongst members or defect in constitution not to invalidate acts or proceeding of the Commissionerate -
No act or proceedings of the Commissionerate shall be deemed to be invalid by reason of any vacancy, in or any defect in the constitution of the Commissionerate.
