Section 22(1) in The Kerala Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 2010
(1)In the case of death of a party during the pendency of the proceeding before the Tribunal, the legal representatives of the deceased party may apply within thirty days of the date of such death for being brought on record as necessary parties.
