Section 13(1) in The Karnataka Prohibition Of Smoking And Protection Of Health Of Non-Smokers Act, 2001
(1)The State Government or any person authorised by the State Government in this behalf by general or special order, may either before or after the institution of the proceedings compound any of the offences made punishable under this Act.
