382. Duties of police officers.
- It shall be the duty of all police officers, to give immediate information to the Chairperson of the commission of, or the attempt to commit any offence against this Act or any rule, regulation or bye-law made thereunder and to assist all municipal officers and other municipal employees in the exercise of their lawful authority.Legal proceedings
