Section 6(1) in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
(1)The electoral roll shall be prepared by the Registrar from the Register and shall contain the name, qualifications and address of every person qualified to vote for the election of a member to fill up the vacancy or vacancies. Any person who is qualified for election to the Council under section 19(a) of the Act may be nominated as a candidate for election under sub-section (a) of section 19 of the Act.
