(66)"revenue generated from tax and other sources" in, -(a)clause (ii) of the proviso of sub-section (1) of section 3;(b)clause (ii) of the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 8; and(c)clause (ii) of the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 13,shall not include -(i)the taxes distributed to the Municipalities under section 177;(ii)loans and grants from the Government; and(iii)loans and grants from the Government of India or any other institution or source;
