Section 17(1) in The M.P. Pariyojana Ke Karan Visthapit Vyakti (Punhsthapan) Adhiniyam, 1985
(1)The State Government or any officer authorised by it in his behalf may enter into an agreement with any person for the purchase or exchange of any land required for carrying out the purpose of this Act.
