Section 49(2) in Kerala Land Reforms (Tenancy) Rules, 1970
(2)If the Land Tribunal is satisfied that the person surrendering is the tenant and if the surrender is admitted by the tenant, the surrender shall be forthwith registered in the register in Form No. 18.
