Section 12(vi) in BIHAR SPORTS UNIVERSITY ACT, 2021
(vi)The Vice-Chancellor shall, in the absence of the Chancellor, preside at any convocation of the University and shall preside at the meeting of the Executive council, Academic Council and the Finance Committee.
