Section 11(1) in The Maharashtra Electricity (Special Powers) Act, 1946
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any order, direction or requirement made or deemed to have been made under section 3, 4, 5, [, 6, 6A, 6B or 6C] [These figures, letters and word were substituted for the word and figure 'or 6' by Bombay 41 of 1949, Section 11.].
