This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to issue Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner with https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ 1 Crl.O.P.No. 877 of 2021 regard to the missing pension book by considering the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.11.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this petition, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to enquire into the issue and if the pension book is not traceable, to issue Non-

Traceable Certificate to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This petition is disposed of with the above directions.
