Section 8(3) in Jharkhand Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2014
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), the Chairperson or a member shall not be removed from his office on the ground specified in clause (b), clause (d) or clause (e) of section 5 unless the enquiring officers on a reference being made to them in this behalf by the State Government, have on an inquiry, held by them reported that the member ought on such grounds to be removed.
