(5)[ The lease of lands in shamlat deh for extraction of shora, sand, stone, kankar, bajari and other minor minerals as defined in Punjab Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1964, and grass, kahi and similar other products, shall be auctioned at a time to be determined by the panchayat when it may be considered to be of maximum advantage for all the inhabitants of the village.] [Sub-rule (5) substituted by the Punjab Notification No. GSR 58/PA/18/61/section 15/Amendment (2)67 dated 18.7.1967.]
