(6)The dealer shall maintain the details of stock and transit basis in Form-H and submit to the [Assistant Director of Mines and Geology concerned] [Substituted 'Deputy Director of Mines and Geology' by Notification No. 279, dated 14.10.2005 (w.e.f. 11.10.2000).] by the 5th of succeeding month.
