Section 74(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Chit Funds Act, 2016
(2)Any foreman or other person aggrieved by the order of the Registrar under sub-section (1) of section 34 may, within thirty days of the communication to him of such decision, appeal to the Government or to such officer or authority as may be empowered by notification in the Government Gazette by the Government in that behalf.
