13. Record to be made by Forest Settlement Officer.
- The Forest Settlement Officer, when passing any order under Section 12, shall record, so far as may be practicable:-(a)the name, father's name, residence and occupation of the person claiming the right; and(b)the designation, position and area of all field or groups of fields (if any) and the designation and position of all building (if any) in respect of which the exercise of such rights is claimed.
