Section 56 in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965
56. Appointment of first Registrar.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 12 the first Registrar shall be appointed by the State Government as soon as practicable after the passing of this Act for a period not exceeding four years and on such conditions as the State Government thinks fit.
