173. Power of Corporation to provide and maintain public privies and urinals.
- The Corporation shall-(a)provide and maintain, in proper and convenient situations, water closets and urinals for the use of the public, and(b)cause such water closets and urinals to be constructed and kept so as not be a public nuisance or injurious to public health.
