6. Verification of information.
(1)While considering the application, the information furnished by the applicant and its eligibility, the Board may, if it so desires, verify the information by physical verification of documents, office space, and inspect the availability of office space, infrastructure, and technological support which the applicant is required to have.(2)For the purpose under sub-regulation (1), the Board may appoint any person including an auditor.
