Section 20 in Bihar Enlistment of Contractors Rules, 1992
20. A list of those persons who are working with the applicant in any capacity and who are near relatives to any Gazetted officers in the (Department of Water Resources) Government of Bihar, be submitted. The applicant should also intimate the names of such persons who are employed by him subsequently.
