Section 2(c) in The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004
(c)"Authority's premises" means any premises belonging to, or vesting in the Authority or taken on lease by the Authority or any premises which is entrusted to, or in the possession or control of the Authority for the purposes of this Act;
