Section 109(1) in The U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916
(1)The [Municipality] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 12 of 1994.] may at any time call for any extract from any proceedings of any committee and for any return, statement, account or report concerning or connected with any matter with which the committee has been authorized, or directed to deal.
