Section 13(1) in The Orissa Local Fund Service Rules, 1975
(1)The pay and allowances and all other dues of an employee in the Service, posted or transferred to a Municipality, shall be paid from out of the funds of the concerned Municipality for the period the employee has worked under that Municipality.
