22. Interpretation.
- In implementation of the provisions of these rules, if any difficulty or question arises as to the interpretation of any provision, the decision of the State Government shall be final.[Substituted by Notification No. GH/SH/21/2016/PVS/102013/280/S, dated 18.5.2016 (w.e.f. 30.4.2013).]
