Section 15(3)(e) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Boundaries Boundary Marks) Rules, 1969

(e)After the commencement of the meeting, the District Inspector shall scrutinize all nomination papers delivered to him under sub-rule (d) and read out to the meeting the names of persons who in his opinion have been duly nominated together with those of their proposers.
