Section 4(d) in Delhi District Courts (Right to Information) Rules, 2008
(d)For providing the information under sub-section (5) of section 7, the fee shall be charged by way of cash against a proper receipt or by demand draft or banker's cheque or Indian postal order payable to the District Judge at the following rates : -(i)for information provided in diskette or floppy- rupees fifteen per diskette or floppy with rupees two for each page scanned and stored in the diskette or the floppy; and(ii)for information provided in printed form - at the price fixed for such publication or rupees two per page of photocopy for extract from the publication.
