Section 28 in The Nirma University of Science and Technology Act, 2003
28. Conferment of degrees, diplomas and grant of certificates by the University.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the University shall powers to confer degrees, diplomas and grant certificates, and confer degrees and honorary degrees, and other academic distinctions and titles, as approved by the Board.
