Section 30 in The Civil Liability For Nuclear Damage Act, 2010
30. Officers and other employees of Commission.–
(1)The Central Government shall provide the Commission with such officers and other employees as it may deem fit.(2)The salary and allowances payable to and the terms and other conditions of service of officers and other employees of the Commission shall be such as may be prescribed.
